Aircraft Lease Agreement Monitoring and Control

SkyOn can help you to understand the meaning of the terms and definitions in technical clauses to ensure all parties are following the terms of the lease agreement. The technical clauses, if properly managed, prove to have significant financial implications during the term of the lease agreement.

Aircraft Maintenance Reserves Management

SkyOn will work directly with the operator, monitoring utilization and heavy maintenance work scope, to ensure financing is moderate in accordance with utilization and maintenance forecast. 

Upon completion of a heavy maintenance visit, SkyOn will review the invoices to ensure only those items that are eligible for reimbursement are funded.

Using SkyOn personnel extensive industry knowledge of maintenance costs and intervals, SkyOn is able to provide an accurate forecast of future maintenance costs to ensure maintenance reserves adequately cover future events.

Aircraft Acquisition, transition and return

When a customer needs to know the condition of an aircraft, in a purchase process, delivery process from lessor to operator for fleet incorporation, or re-delivery process from operator to lessor at the end of lease agreement term, SkyOn manage all the process and perform all the required inspections of the aircraft and maintenance records to ensure that all aircraft conditions and its maintenance records comply with the lease agreement conditions.
